Andrea and Jani an Italian Basque couple, who met in 2009 along the way to Saint Jacques de Compostelle. The magic that they experienced along the road gave them the inspiration to open their dream home 'La Vita è Bella' along the Le Puy route, back in May 2012. Andrea and Jani have opened their home with their bio organic mindset, they invite you to discover their paradise! Jani has now moved on to a new project and Andrea carries on with the same ideals of the projet as set out in 2012.

Our Philosophy

At La Vita è Bella we are strictly organic and eco friendly. In everything we do we maintain this philosophy, buying produce only from local farmers, repairing, recycling, buying from associations that help marginalised people… the list goes on! Nature is very important to us, so we do our little bit to help the planet. We have an LPG car and electricity from renewable sources.

Étape magique.

Une parenthèse ressourçante et apaisante qui ajoute à la magie du Chemin. Andrea est un être d’une générosité absolue. Une force tranquille et sensible. Sa cuisine italienne est merveilleuse. Les chambres sont propres et ultra confortables. Le lieu est enchanteur. On n’aurait qu’une envie : y rester. Mais on doit reprendre le chemin et une chose est sûre : on n’oublie pas cette halte.
